Job Description

Voltic Inc is actively seeking a committed Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients and assist internal teams with inquiries and technical issues related to our cold-calling operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for addressing client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, resolving complaints effectively and in a timely manner, and aiding internal teams with CRM and dialer troubleshooting. Moreover, proper documentation and tracking of support requests will be essential to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
