Job Description

Salary Range: PKR 55,00 – 60,00

HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner is in search of a dedicated HR Operations Executive who is detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional HR services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, handling payroll, overseeing recruitment, and nurturing employee relations.

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is required, along with strong communication skills.
