Job Description
Provox Global Solutions is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to verify and record financial transactions while effectively resolving account discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer payments through ACH, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Maintain and summarize invoice accounts and receivables on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate with the collections department to resolve outstanding accounts.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional listening abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with NetSuite and invoicing processes is preferred, while a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, on-site in Islamabad from 6 PM to 3 AM. Application Deadline: 21/08/2025.
