Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years
H3 Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA & Technical Lead to enhance our team. This role encompasses testing software products and delivering outstanding technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing
- Identify, report, and track bugs effectively
- Provide client assistance through chat, email, or phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in QA or technical support
- Proficient with bug tracking tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Shopify or WordPress is a plus
Compensation: Starting at Rs30,00.00 per month
