Job Description
Emirates Talent Solution is currently looking for a strategic HR Manager to spearhead our human resource functions at our Saddar, Karachi location. The ideal candidate should possess 7–10 years of professional HR experience, particularly in recruitment and services sectors. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering workforce development. The HR Manager will also ensure adherence to legal standards while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, possess strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is required.
Salary: Starting from Rs 150,00.00 per month.
