Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for a compassionate and professional Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries with care. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure that every interaction creates a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Listen attentively to understand customer concerns and requirements.
- Deliver timely updates regarding products and order statuses.
- Courteously address and resolve inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication.
Work Hours: 9:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M., Monday to Saturday
