Job Description
Atlas Battery Limited is looking for a committed Service Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position focuses on delivering outstanding after-sales support and effectively addressing customer complaints. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely claim settlements and facilitating product awareness sessions for dealers and auto technicians.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as the ability to clearly communicate technical issues. This role requires frequent travel and proficiency in computer usage. Candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (D.A.E) and 2-3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
