Job Description
Perfect Group is in search of a Call Center Specialist to handle both inbound and outbound calls with efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, demonstrate patience, and excel in problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a high volume of customer calls.
– Listen actively to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
– Follow communication scripts and adhere to company protocols.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
– Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction.
– Escalate complex issues when necessary.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
– Basic computer skills with familiarity in CRM systems.
– Proficient in English.
