Job Description
A well-respected firm, MEB, is looking for an IT Support Assistant to enhance our team and deliver vital technical support throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries and issues.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and networks.
- Resolve Windows OS and software challenges effectively.
- Assist in hardware repairs and replacements as needed.
