Job Description
S Ventures is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to the CEO. This pivotal role involves directly supporting senior management while carrying out vital secretarial and administrative responsibilities. Your duties will encompass typing, formatting, and editing various reports, documents, and presentations.
In addition, you will manage data entry, maintain databases, and oversee internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team. Responsibilities also include scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and coordinating travel arrangements.
This full-time position is based in Islamabad. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate.
