Job Description
Xeosol Private Limited is on the lookout for a dynamic and confident Female Sales Associate to join our dedicated sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate a genuine passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and assist them in product selection.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Clearly explain product features and pricing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum Matric; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Preferred experience in sales or customer service.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Urdu.
