Enrichers Investment Group is searching for a dedicated Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations and provide outstanding customer service. As the initial point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will play a vital role in facilitating seamless office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and foster a friendly environment.
• Efficiently handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Maintain office supplies and organize the front desk area.

Qualifications: Applicants should have a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and prior customer service experience is preferred.

Salary: $40,00.00 – $80,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
