Job Description
Zenith Associates is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Microbiologist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or MPhil degree in Microbiology, with preference given to those with expertise in food microbiology or a recent graduate. Familiarity with laboratory management systems is a plus.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Conducting microbiological tests on raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples
- Performing routine analyses such as total plate count, yeast & mold, coliform, and E. coli
- Maintaining hygiene standards in both production and laboratory settings
- Keeping detailed records of test results and observations
- Assisting in the implementation of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- Supporting root cause analysis for microbiological deviations

Requirements
