Job Description
We are actively looking for a dedicated Tier 1 Support Technician to enhance our expanding team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary contact for our customers, providing first-level support for both hardware and software issues.
Your duties will encompass diagnosing technical problems, troubleshooting, and assisting users through phone, email, or chat. You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication and prompt issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine passion for technology. Previous experience in a technical support capacity is preferred.
