Job Description

We are currently looking for a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome clients and guests.
• Efficiently manage incoming calls and emails.
• Maintain the front desk and common areas in an organized manner.
• Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills.
