Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to join our esteemed client in Karachi. The successful candidate will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest quality standards and optimizing workflow while effectively leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production staff to meet and exceed targets.
- Implement safety protocols and uphold quality control measures.
- Monitor production equipment and manage maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Review production data for continual improvement opportunities.
- Proactively resolve operational and personnel issues.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, 12-14 years of formal education, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Compensation: Rs45,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
