Job Description
Prime Kingdom Pvt Ltd. is excited to announce vacancies for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to support our UK-based campaign. Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage both inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide assistance to UK customers regarding their inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions in CRM systems.
Requirements: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred; however, strong communicators with a fresh graduate background will also be considered. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
