Job Description
SWATX is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about our diverse range of products and services. Your key responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints, maintaining detailed documentation in our CRM system, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure exceptional service delivery.
We are looking for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a background in customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations are crucial. Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred, and knowledge of English is a plus.
