Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve set targets.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to accomplish both individual and collective goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and evaluate sales performance metrics.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for growth.
Eligibility:
- 15 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or food industries.
- 8 years of experience in the oil and ghee sector.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential.
