Job Description
Peel HR is actively seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to oversee our comprehensive recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and evaluations. The ideal candidate will possess experience in various interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions
- Source candidates through online platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Prepare assessments for candidates
