Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a prominent telecom company, is seeking an Online Technical Support Engineer to enhance our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries via chat, email, or support systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues remotely.
- Assist customers with step-by-step solutions and product usage guidance.
- Document technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
