Job Description
Vortax LLC is actively looking for a Cold Calling Representative with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center or outbound sales environment. If you excel in cold calling and are eager to succeed in a dynamic sales setting, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cold-calling agents to achieve daily performance goals
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls
- Provide coaching on effective sales techniques
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics
- Ensure accurate record-keeping using CRM tools

Requirements
