Job Description

SAZ Enterprises is seeking a highly organized and friendly professional for the position of Admin cum Office Receptionist at our office located on Shaheed e Millat Road. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide assistance as necessary.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them with professionalism.
  • Coordinate mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Supervise meal preparation and service for visitors.
  • Maintain pantry inventory and ensure kitchen cleanliness.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks to support office operations.

Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are required. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
