Job Description
A.R. Brothers is urgently looking for a confident and articulate Call Centre Agent to enhance our customer support team. This is a remote position that requires occasional on-site presence. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused mindset for managing both inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally respond to incoming calls and address inquiries.
- Initiate outbound calls for follow-ups and sales opportunities.
- Deliver accurate information while resolving customer concerns.

Requirements:
