Job Description
AA Exchange (Private) Limited is looking for a committed Assistant Manager of Human Resources to enhance our team. Key responsibilities include maintaining precise employee records, ensuring timely registration with EOBI and Social Security, and ensuring compliance with Labor Laws. The position involves assisting with employee onboarding and exit processes, supporting payroll through relevant information provision, and liaising with government agencies for inspections or audits. You will also be responsible for addressing employee inquiries, managing HR documentation, and organizing employee welfare activities.
