Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, BPO Operations (International) to lead a multinational contact center team and ensure high-quality service delivery to international clients. The role requires managing SLA compliance, monitoring KPIs, driving process improvements, coordinating staffing and training, handling client escalations, collaborating with quality and workforce planning teams, and preparing operational reports.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in BPO operations with supervisory experience, fluent English, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work across time zones.
- Preferred: experience with CRM systems and managing international accounts.
