Job Description

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Prior experience in a call center or recent graduates
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer
- Capability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Working Hours: Rotational 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week.
