Location: Karachi – Landhi Plant
Reporting To: Senior Manager Engineering
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Facility Officer responsible for the effective maintenance of all plant buildings, including security and training centers, as well as various departments.
Major Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee repair and maintenance activities with contractors.
- Perform daily inspections and document findings diligently.
- Manage work order statuses and ensure timely approvals.
- Implement Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards and represent the Engineering department in committees.
- Generate reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably B Tech/DAE in Civil), 2-3 years of relevant experience, and a solid understanding of building maintenance.
