Job Description
ABS International (Gulistan-e-Johar) is hiring International Sales Associates for our in‑house US sales team. No prior experience required; paid training in US high-ticket sales and CRM will be provided. Compensation includes a fixed base salary of PKR 40,00–50,00 plus uncapped commission; junior associates frequently earn PKR 70,00–80,00+. High performers may fast-track to Senior Executive roles (150,00+ PKR).
This in-person night shift runs 6:00 PM–2:00 AM. Candidates must speak fluent English with a neutral accent, be energetic, target-driven, and comfortable making outbound calls to US businesses to qualify leads or close deals.
