Schedule: Monday-Saturday | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
ABS International is looking for a dedicated Call Quality Assurance Officer to uphold exceptional service standards within our logistics call center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality procedures, ensuring compliance, generating insightful reports, identifying training needs, and performing thorough call evaluations.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of experience in call center quality assurance, familiarity with QA methodologies, strong analytical abilities, and willingness to work evening shifts.
