Job Description
The Finance Officer will oversee financial operations for emergency response programs, ensuring accurate budget monitoring, cash-flow management, donor-compliant reporting, and adherence to financial policies. Responsibilities include preparing timely financial reports, supporting internal and external audits, and coordinating with program teams and external partners to maintain financial integrity and transparency.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in humanitarian or emergency contexts.
- Skills: advanced Excel, strong attention to detail, familiarity with donor regulations, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication, and fluency in English.
