Job Description
We are seeking a Key Account Support Associate to assist our key accounts with order management, client communication, and problem resolution. You will coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of customer service or account support experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
