Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to manage incoming booking calls from customers throughout the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for entering journey details, dispatching vehicles, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls promptly and professionally.
- Gather accurate booking information from customers.
- Utilize dispatch software to assign jobs efficiently.
- Monitor the progress of drivers during each shift.
- Address any customer inquiries effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in taxi dispatch.
- Familiarity with UK geography is preferred.
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations.
