Job Description
AK Graphic is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Call Center Representatives to be part of our expanding team located in Gulberg II, Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, providing customers with detailed product information, and delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities: You will handle calls, offer product information, maintain accurate records, achieve performance targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Candidates must possess 2–3 months of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply), strong English communication skills, punctuality, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
