Job Description
AL HABIB CONVERTERS PVT. LTD. is in search of a qualified Production Manager to lead our tissue paper manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or have over 5 years of experience in tissue paper or FMCG production.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume manufacturing lines.
- In-depth knowledge of tissue paper machines and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills to effectively manage a team of 50+ workers across multiple shifts.
Salary: PKR 110,00–150,00 per month
Benefits: Includes food, accommodation, and overtime allowance.
Work Location: Rawat Industrial Area, St.S2, Rawalpindi. This position is full-time and requires on-site presence.

- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
