Job Description
Alibaba seeks a Logistics Associate to support the Daraz team. The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least three years of experience in 3PL, logistics, or delivery operations.
- Manage LMP partners and oversee daily deliveries, returns, backlogs, and KPI tracking.
- Ensure timely COD deposits and collections; conduct daily and weekly reconciliations.
- Monitor partner compliance with operational and ethical standards; identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support partner onboarding and training.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills required; proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting tools is a plus; basic finance and reconciliation knowledge preferred.
