Job Description
Amigos BPO is actively seeking a tech-savvy Dialer Assistant to ensure our outbound calling operations run smoothly. Join our dedicated sales team and play a crucial role in achieving our daily targets.
Position: Dialer Assistant
Shift: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PST) | Night (On-site)
Location: Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dialer systems and support sales operations effectively.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues related to dialer performance and VoIP.
- Generate insightful reports on campaign metrics and overall productivity.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1-year experience with dialer systems; familiarity with VoIP technology; strong communication skills.
