Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily inbound and outbound courier parcel operations. You will manage sorting, scanning, dispatch, and receiving; assign tasks and supervise staff; maintain shipment and inventory records; enforce safety and facility organization; coordinate with hub managers, riders, and dispatch; investigate parcel discrepancies; and optimize space, workflow, and KPIs (TAT, accuracy, delivery success, productivity).
- Requirements: 2–5 years warehouse or courier experience, WMS proficiency, proven team leadership, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Technical: Proficient with Excel and barcode scanning; flexible to work shifts.
