Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a reputable telecommunications company, is seeking to hire Banking Helpline Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by promptly answering calls and addressing customer inquiries in a positive and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Resolve customer inquiries with accurate information and effective solutions.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Maintain and update customer accounts with relevant information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, with 6 months of banking experience preferred. Location: Karachi.
