Job Description
ASK Development, a leading telecom company, is looking for a committed Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries with a positive demeanor, resolving issues effectively, processing orders, and updating customer information accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate information to resolve customer queries.
- Execute customer orders and manage payment processes.

Requirements:
