Job Description
Join our early childhood center as a Montessori Lead Teacher responsible for guiding children ages 3–6 in a thoughtfully prepared classroom. You will plan and implement the Montessori curriculum, assess and document student progress, manage the learning environment, and maintain clear communication with families. Required qualifications: Montessori certification (AMI or AMS preferred), a minimum of two years’ lead teaching experience, strong knowledge of child development, patience, and excellent communication skills.
