Job Description
Berger Paint Pakistan seeks a Sales Representative to drive B2B field sales of paints and related chemical products. This full-time, in-person role focuses on building client relationships, managing assigned territories, and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Experience: 1–2 years in field-based B2B sales, preferably in paints or chemical manufacturing; candidates with a paint background are strongly encouraged.
- Education: Up to Bachelor’s degree.
- Compensation: Rs55,00–Rs65,00 monthly plus incentives and standard company benefits.
- Attributes: Responsible, results-oriented, strong communicator with proven territory management skills.
