Job Description
Bin Bakar Electronics invites applications for a full-time Management Trainee — Customer Support. Open to graduates (fresh or up to 6 months’ experience). Candidates must possess strong communication, basic MS Office skills, problem-solving ability, coordination, punctuality, and a professional, calm demeanor. This is an in-person position.
- Responsibilities: resolve customer complaints, coordinate with departments, maintain records, provide accurate product and warranty information, and support after-sales service.
- Compensation: Rs35,00–45,00/month plus annual increments, medical coverage, leaves, grocery allowance, leave encashment, interest-free loans, refreshments, and Eid bonus.
