Job Description
Job Purpose: The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager is tasked with leading the entire revenue cycle process, which includes medical billing, claims processing, payment posting, denial management, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the revenue cycle management team to enhance performance.
- Develop and implement efficient billing policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and conduct data analysis for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the submission of claims and follow up on payments.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant compliance regulations.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing, strong knowledge of reimbursement processes, and excellent leadership skills.
