Job Description
Blue Pine Mountain House is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Manager to lead our hotel operations and enhance guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various hotel departments, recruiting and training staff, addressing guest complaints, developing effective marketing strategies, and overseeing budget management. This position demands strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the smooth running of hotel operations.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Master’s preferred) and 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of Rs150,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month.
