Job Description
Call Centre Paragon City seeks full-time Call Center Agents for an in-person role offering career growth, continuous training, and a supportive work environment. Competitive salary Rs40,00–Rs85,00/month plus performance incentives.
- Identify and engage customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and provide post-sale support.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet team objectives.
- Open to fresh graduates (training provided) and experienced candidates.
- Preferred: strong communication skills, goal-oriented attitude, and basic MS Office proficiency.
- Must be able to commute to Paragon City Monday–Friday and work night shifts (7:00 PM–4:00 AM).
