Job Description
We seek an experienced Regional Manager to lead operations in South Punjab, driving sales growth and managing local teams. The role requires strategic planning, performance monitoring, budget oversight, and stakeholder engagement to achieve regional targets.
- Lead and develop regional teams; implement sales and operational strategies.
- Monitor performance, manage budgets, and report on key metrics.
- Engage stakeholders and represent the company locally.
Qualifications: 5+ years in regional management, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of the South Punjab market. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. Willingness to travel within the region; fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
