Job Description
Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and diligent Office Boy to become a part of our CBA team. The selected candidate will undertake a variety of essential support tasks, including serving refreshments, ensuring office cleanliness, and completing minor errands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Keep the office clean and organized, including dusting and vacuuming.
- Assist with basic office tasks like photocopying and filing.
- Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies.
- Conduct bank transactions.
- Maintain a well-stocked and tidy kitchen area.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
– Must be honest and punctual.
– Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
– Basic knowledge of office equipment is required.
