Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Supervisor to act as the primary client contact and lead a team of 2–3 customer service agents. You will manage live chat, phone, and email support; coach and monitor agent performance; handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to orders, returns, products, and sales; log communications in the CRM; and escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate teams. Close collaboration with sales, logistics, and technical support is required, with a consistent focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
- Fluent English (written and spoken), strong computer skills, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver.
- Full-time, on-site. Salary up to Rs200,00/month.
