Job Description

CONNECT COMMUNICATION seeks a formal, results-driven Sales Executive for the night shift to sell one-on-one online tutoring (Grades 1–12) to international clients (USA, UK, Canada). This full-time, in-office role is based in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi; shift 10:30 PM–7:30 AM.

Compensation: fixed PKR 45,00–60,00 (DOE) plus 20%–50% commission (PKR 8,00–30,00 per sale). One to two sales can match a month’s base salary. We provide training, scripts, sales tools, and a comfortable office environment.

• Make outbound cold calls and deliver confident, professional pitches
• Handle objections, close sales, and maintain accurate call records
